Published in Philanthropy News Digest <\/a><\/strong> | August 6, 2024<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The\u00a0American Hotel and Lodging Association<\/strong> (AHLA<\/strong>) Foundation<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0has announced the 2024-25\u00a0No Room for Trafficking<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0(NRFT<\/strong>) Survivor Fund<\/strong> grantees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Eight community-based organizations that provide services and resources to help support human trafficking survivors will receive grants totaling $1 million. This year\u2019s recipients include 3 Strands Global<\/a><\/strong>, Empowered Network<\/strong><\/a>, New Friends New Life<\/a>, Rebecca Bender Initiative<\/a><\/strong>, Restore NYC<\/strong><\/a>, and University of Maryland SAFE Center<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In addition, the foundation awarded microgrants to 10 organizations that support the development, empowerment, and economic independence of survivors.
